STEP #3: FINALIZE YOUR BOOKING
Once booking availability is confirmed, let us know which date(s) to reserve.
We will then ask you to complete these final two actions:
1. SIGN OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTRACT.
2. PAY OUR RETAINER FEE TO RESERVE YOUR DAY.
(THE RETAINER FEE IS 25% OF THE SERVICE COST.)
... AND THAT'S IT! YOU'RE ALL BOOKED!
PLANNING YOUR EVENT
After your booking, let's start planning for your event! This may involve your participation in one or more of the following:
1. FILLING OUT OUR EVENT QUESTIONNAIRE.
2. HAVING A MEETING TO DISCUSS THE EVENT DETAILS.
3. SCOUTING THE EVENT LOCATION.
4. PROVIDING CONTACT INFO FOR THOSE INVOLVED.
PAYMENT
As stated above, a non-refundable retainer fee must be payed before the booking can be placed. This retainer fee is 25% of the total booking cost.
The remainder of your payment is due no later than one week prior to your event date (unless otherwise agreed upon).
